Damiano Petrolo, PhD, is an Assistant Professor at t. d. - t. full (art. 24, c. 3, lett. a), L. 240/10)[RTD-A junior] in Business Economics at the Università del Piemonte Orientale (UPO), affiliated with the Department for Sustainable Development and Ecological Transition. e teaches courses such as Business Organisation, Servitization Strategy, Programming & Control, and Technological Transfer: From Research to Industry. Damiano serves as SIG Chair (2025-2027) of the Entrepreneurship Strategic Interest Group (SIG) within European Academy of Management (EURAM) and is an affiliated researcher with ASAP Service Management Forum. He also holds editorial responsibilities in international journals, including the International Journal of Public Sector Management and the International Journal of Globalisation and Small Business. His research interests include value co-creation in servitized manufacturing, organisational dynamics in family firms, and digital transformation in service ecosystems.
