Giovanna Afeltra is Assistant Professor of Organisation and Human Resource Management at San Raffaele University in Rome.
She holds a PhD in Business Organisation and Corporate Sustainability from Carlo Cattaneo University. Her research focuses on hybrid work, organisational change, and HRM. An active member of AIS and EURAM, she presents at international conferences and publishes in top journals, including EJIM and HRM Review.
