Daiane Carvalho is a university professor and researcher in the field of Management, focusing on innovation, technology, and sustainability. She is currently a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Caxias do Sul (UCS), where she conducts studies on the application of emerging technologies for smart cities and resilient urban systems.
She holds a Ph.D. and a Master’s degree in Management from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), where her research focused on the use of blockchain technologies for supply chain traceability and the promotion of transparency in organizational and production systems.
Her academic trajectory centers on the role of technology in generating sustainability indicators and transforming management models in urban and corporate contexts. She is part of research groups at UFRGS and UCS dedicated to the study of innovation and competitiveness, emphasizing interdisciplinary approaches that connect science, technology, and management.
