He holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the University of Allahabad and a Master’s in Library and Information Science from Banaras Hindu University. Was trained at Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and has expertise in digital technologies and library management. His academic contributions include research publications and conference presentations, with professional interests spanning library automation, open-source software, digital libraries, and cultural heritage preservation.
