Pasquale Arpaia was born in Napoli on 02.02.1961.
In June 1992 becomes Lecturer of Electrical and Electronics Measurements at the University of Napoli Federico II.
In October 1999 wins the competition as idoneous for the qualification of associate professor of Electrical and Electronics Measurements at the University of Salerno.
In November 2001 he is associate professor at the faculty of Engineering of the University of Sannio.
