Sandro Jung is the James Thomson Fellow in Eighteenth-Century Literature and Culture at the University of Salford and the author of numerous publications. His most recent books are David Mallet, Anglo-Scot: Poetry, Politics and Patronage in the Age of Union (2008) and The Fragmentary Poetic: Eighteenth-Century Uses of an Experimental Mode (2009). He is a member of the editorial board of Brontë Studies and is currently working on a book on the Brontës.
