Antonio Maria Pusceddu holds a PhD in anthropology from the University of Siena. His research activities focus on the anthropology of borders in the Southern Balkans. He has carried out extensive ethnographic fieldwork on the Nortwest Greek frontier and is currently engaged in a research on migration and religious identities on the Southern Albanian frontier.
