Michael Jones is British educational writer and trainer. He has a background in speech and language therapy and teaching and has worked as a class teacher, advisor on special needs and as an advisory teacher for children with communication difficulties. He has a particular interest in working with schools and families, to meet the needs of children who are very quiet in school. He has addressed conferences and led training in Italy and works closely with members of Associazione Italiana Mutismo Selettivo (AiMuSe).
