Camillo Mariani obtained is master degree from Sapienza, University of Rome in 2003. After that he obtained his PhD in 2008 always from Sapienza, University of Rome. From 2008 till 2012 he worked as postdoctoral researcher at Columbia University in the city of New York. In 2012 he moved to Virginia Tech as assistant professor and became associate professor in 2016. Mariani’s works focus on neutrino oscillation. He works on reactor and accelerator neutrino experiments in USA, Europe and Japan.
