Alessandro Reitelli has a diverse background in restructuring services, transaction support and litigation support. In turnaround situations, he developed extensive skills in reducing the working capital requirements, reducing the break even point and continuous monitoring of G&A, reshaping of the organization and teams, restructuring of finance and administration processes and ensuring the reliability of the management system. He started his career at Arthur Andersen in Paris as Senior Manager, subsequently he worked for PPR Gucci as Head of the Group Internal Audit. Thereafter, he served as Deputy CEO of CFAO Technology in Algeria and then as Managing Partner – Italy of Accuracy – Corporate Financial Advisory.
