Kris Belden–Adams is an Assistant Professor of Art History at the University of Mississippi (USA), and specializes in the history and theory of photography. Her work has been published in “Photographies”,“Afterimage”, “Southern Studies: An Interdisciplinary Journal of the South”, and “Lexia: Journal of Semiotics”. Essays and book chapters by Belden–Adams also have been published by The Metropolitan Museum of Art, Bloomsbury Academic Press, and Peter Lang Publishing.
