Fabio Valenza is a Notary in Parma, Master with distinction of International Commercial Law, University of Salford (UK), Member of the Commission on International Trade Law and Practice of the International Chamber of Commerce, Italian section. He is the author of numerous juridical books and publications on civil and commerciallaw, Business and Human Rights, and alternative dispute resolution. He is also a theoretical and practical lecturer on civil and commercial mediation, accredited by the Italian Ministry of Justice. He is a member of the British Institute of International and Comparative Law, based in London and of the AiSDC at the Institut Suisse de droit comparé, based in Lausanne.
