Concepción Saiz García is professor of Civil law at Universitat of València (Spain) since 2002. Graduate by the same University in 1993; LLM by the University of Munich in IP law (trade marks, patents & copyright) in 1995; label of european doctorate in 1998 and extraordinary prize by Universitat of València. Posdoctoral fellowship of the MPI for competition and innovation in Munich (1999–2000), prize sàvis in dret (2013). Director of the GIdPI (R&D Group of Intellectual Property of the Universitat of València) and currently main researcher of the RDI from de Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness about Contracts and Licenses under Copyright law. She is author of several monographies in matter of IP law: The compulsory use of the mark, (1997); Object and Subject of copyright, (2000); Audiovisual Works and Copyright, (2002). She is editor and coauthor of two collective works: Ideas, outlines, projects and Copyright, (2011) and Investigation, university Teaching and Copyright, coord. Concepción Saiz Garcìa and Juan Altés Tàrrega (2015).
