Bernard Garcia Larrain is Executive Director for the Casablanca Declaration for the Universal Abolition of Surrogacy. Born in Santiago de Chile in 1990, he studied in Paris where he obtained a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in international business law (Assas law school) and a PhD in financial law (Sorbonne law school), while working at the international legal firm Allen & Overy.
The Casablanca Declaration is a global network of experts promoting the adoption of an international treaty to protect women and children around the world from the surrogacy market.
