Laurence Massy is graduated from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (Belgium); she is Art Historian, Criminologist and main Detective at the Office for works of art and antiquities of the Federal Investigative Police of Bruxelles. Furthermore, Laurence Massy is PhD Candidate in Criminology at the University of Liège and Lecturer of Delinquency Linked to Cultural Heritage, in Museology. Her researches concern theft, pillage of cultural property and restitution of illegally removed works of art. She is also member of the ICOMOS Juridical Affairs Committee.
