Matteo Smacchi is teaching assistant and honorary research fellow in comparative private Law at the Luiss “Guido Carli” University of Rome, where he is also enrolled in a PhD programme in Law and economics. He has also been a visiting research fellow at Fordham University School of Law in New York City and a summer student at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
After graduating in Law magna cum laude at the Luiss “Guido Carli” University of Rome in 2009, he successfully completed a master’s degree in European Private Law at La Sapienza University of Rome in 2010, and in 2011 he graduated from Temple University School of Law with an LLM focusing on corporate and business Law.
Mr Smacchi is author of several publications concerning corporate and business Law.
