Rodrigo Matos De Souza is graduated from the State University of Bahia in 2005 with a bachelor's degree in Education; in 2008 he was awarded a Master's degree in Study of Languages by the State University of Bahia and in 2012 he initiated my doctorate studies in Education and Contemporaneity there; for a while after that he joined a split-site doctoral scholarship program at the University of São Paulo (USP) and more recently he joined another split-site doctoral program at the University of Seville (Spain). He is also an Executive Editor of the Brazilian Youth and Adult Education Journal. He has specialized in languages, with emphasis on reading and writing instruction, with extensive experience in the following subjects: reading, literature, culture, identity and readers' learning
