Bettina Heiderhoff is Professor of Private International Law, Transnational Litigation and for German Civil Law. She is Director of the Institute for German and International Family Law at the University of Muenster, Germany, Co-director of the Center for European Private Law (CEP), and Coordinator of the PEPP Programme.
