Stefano Marengo (1985) studied philosophy at the University of Turin from which he graduated submitting a Master’s thesis on the genealogy of the subject in Michel Foucault’s thought, with particular attention to the issues of the care of the Self in late antiquity and the early Christian practices of veridiction. His research is concerned with contemporary French philosophy, the epistemology of the human sciences, the debate on materialism and Marxism, the concept and the social function of norms.
