Antonella is a Research Officer in the ChAPTRe unit. She works primarily on the Reflective Fostering Programme, a pilot psycho-educational programme aiming to increase reflectivity and feelings of competency amongst foster carers. The programme is being developed in collaboration with the NSPCC and the Anna Freud National Centre for Children and Families.
