Otto Pfersmann
Otto Pfersmann is a Professor of Law and Policies of European Integration, the chair of Comparative Constitutional Law and Legal Theory, and the director of Masters studies in Comparative Public Law at University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. He has extensively published on his fields of expertise, including constitutional process, theories of interpretation, the question of normative hierarchies and the nature of judicial opinions. He has been a visiting professor in several foreign Universities in Europe, the USA and Japan, including Oxford University (2000-2002), and the Floersheimer distinguished scholar at the Cardozo School of Law in New York (2003-2004).
