Was born in Tanzania in 1971. He joined Maua Seminary for religious life and priestly formation from 1986 to 1992. After initial formation, he joined St. Bonaventura College in Zambia for Philosophy and Franciscan studies. Then enrolled in the Salvatorian Institute College for Theology from 1998 to 2003, where he was awarded a bachelor degree in theology. Academically he had worked as the chaplain and tutor in Social Ethics to the Medical students at SFUCHAS in Ifakara from 2016 to 2020. In 2023, he successfully completed doctoral studies at Academia Alfonsiana with the research entitled, COVID-19: Bioethical Problems with Attention to the Context of Tanzania. COVID-19’s challenges caused the author to reflect more intensely on the bioethical problems facing the world at large but in particular Tanzania. He is now a lecturer at Mwenge Catholic University.
