Presidente dell’Instituto Mexicano para la Justicia IMJUS. He holds a Law Degree from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM). He also has postgraduate degrees in Social Exclusion and Confinement, Psychoanalysis and Law from the Universidad Iberoamericana and Crisis of Reason and Postmodernity from the Autonomous Technological Institute of Mexico (ITAM). He obtained a Master’s degree in Lacanian Psychoanalytic Theory from the Center for Research and Psychoanalytic Studies. He has Diplomas in Criminal Litigation from the Alberto Hurtado University of Santiago de Chile and Advanced Techniques of Cross-examination from ACCESO Training of the CALIFORNIA WESTERN SCHOOL OF LAW / SAN DIEGO, EU., and in The New Criminal Justice System in México from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM) and the Fundación Escuela Nacional de Jurisprudencia AC, as well as a one in New system of Accusatory Criminal Justice in Mexico, with a Constitutional Perspective, from the Federal Judicial Power and the Federal Judicial Council, among others.
