Angelina Taneva-Veshoska is Director of Institute for Research in Environment, Civil Engineering and Energy – IECE. She has a PhD in management, with background in psychology and psychotherapy, and is a trainer of trainers for adults, trainer for career counsellor and career counsellor. Expertise in education: 20 years of experience as a professor, national VET expert, trainer of trainers, developing curricula (in HE, VET and adult education), managing and coordinating educational projects, conducting surveys on labour market needs, and developing innovative teaching methods. Expertise in business consultancy: working with indus-try, creating and implementing methodologies, measures and tools for supporting sustainable business growth, better management of knowledge and intellectual capital, and establishing R&D Centres and Train-ing Centres. Prof. Angelina is coordinating the project CATALYST – Centre of excellence in leading sustainable systems and business transformation.
