Paolo Allievi è nato a Nettuno il 22 maggio 1949.
Si è laureato in ingegneria nucleare, a pieni voti, presso l’Università degli studi di Roma nel 1976.
Ha lavorato:
-dal 1979 al 1980 presso il CNEN (ENEA) di Frascati sia sul Tokamak che come responsabile dei servizi tecnici del centro;
-dal 1981 al 1999 presso l’ENEL Direzione delle costruzioni, in particolare sull’impianto nucleare Cirene;
-dal 1999 al 2016 presso la SOGIN per lo smantellamento delle Centrali nucleari italiane dismesse.
