Luis Tomé
Prof. Luis Tomé is Associate Professor at Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa (UAL) Department of International Relations, where he teaches since 1995.
Visiting Professor at the National Defense Institute (IDN), the High Command and Staff College (IESM), and the High Institute for Police Sciences and Internal Security (ISCPSI), Prof. Tomé has also been Visiting Professor at the Middle East Technical University (METU) in Ankara-Turkey, and the East Timor National Defense Institute
He is Member of the Scientific Council of UAL and of the IESM.
