Kevin Y Wang is an assistant professor at Butler University’s College of Communication in Indianapolis, USA. He teaches public relations and advertising in the strategic communication department and conducts research on the social and political implication of new communication technologies. He has authored several journal articles and book chapters on e–government, online consultation, online public diplomacy, political campaigns on the Web, and virtual communities. He also regularly presents his work at national and international conferences.
