Lorenzo Marafatto was born in Venice in 1973 and lives in Cordovado, near Pordenone, in the North East of Italy. He has always been interested in many fields of science, in particular Physics and Neuroscience. He earned a Bachelor and then a Master of Science in Physics from the University of Udine. He is a Physics teacher at the High School and an adjunct professor of computer science at the University of Padova. He organizes science divulgation initiatives and collaborates in physics research. In search of the cosmic rays: the story of Domenico Pacini is his first book.
