Nelu-Cristian Ploscaru is Lecturer at the Faculty of History, “Al. I. Cuza”, Iasi. He received his Ph.D. in History, specializing in Modern Romanian History, on the theme “National Party in the first half of the nineteenth century”, under the tutelage of Prof. Dr. Gh. Cliveti.
He is specialist in Romania international relations and Modern History. Among his most relevant contributions, we can find his contribution to the Congress hold at A. D. Xenopol, Iasi, in November 2006 “About boyars structure and status of Romanian Principalities in the first half of the nineteenth century” and his published work “Celebration of cultural and public power at early years of the remige in Moldova”. This work was supported by a grant of the Romanian National Authority for Scientific Research and Innovation, CNCS – UEFISCDI.
