Matthieu David got a Master in Financial and Administrative Management from Panthéon-Assas Paris II University. In 1995 he started his career in finance in Italy in the Internal Auditing team before moving into Real Estate Property Management. In 1999 he was appointed Head of Planning & Control at Axa Sim and in 2003 he started working in the Businness Development Division. The year after he joined Edmond de Rothschild Sim S.p.A. as a Wholesale Client Relationship Manager. From 2007 to 2010 he worked as Wholesale Senior Client Relationship Manager at Fortis Investment Management Italy. Then he worked in BNP Paribas Investment Partners SGR SpA, first as Head of Retail Italy, a role held until 2013 when he was appointed Head of External Distribution Italy. In 2015 he moved to CANDRIAM and he became Head of the Italian branch to coordinate the Italian Team in Milan.
