Blythe Daly
Blythe Daly is a litigation attorney in Holland & Knight's New York office and a member of thefirm's Maritime Practice Group and Transportation & Infrastructure Industry Sector Group.Blythe’s practice encompasses a broad range of domestic and international commercial shipping and private yacht matters on behalf of vessel owners, vessel charterers,commodities traders, freight forwarders, insurers and cargo interests. During her time at Holland & Knight, Blythe has been seconded to an international P&I club and a bulk carrier owner/operator. These experiences have provided her with a deep understanding of the complex commercial considerations that accompany all legal disputes. In addition, sheinterned with the Seamen's Church Institute's Center for Seafarers' Rights during her first summer in law school and remains active in the organization. Prior to law school, Blythe sailed extensively along the East Coast of the United States, the Caribbean and Mexico. She also spent a year working on the film production of Master and Commander. Blythe chairs the yCMI Standing Committee.
