Flavia Cavaliere
Flavia Cavaliere is associate professor of English language and translation at the Università degli Studi di Napoli “Federico II”. Her research interests lie in the fields of Translation Studies, Language and Media, Multilingualism, Multimodal Discourse Analysis, and the use of the Internet for English teaching. She has extensively published in these areas in international and academic journals. Among her recent publications: The Shaping of the News (2012); Mediterranean Heritage in Transit: (Mis–)Representations via English (2016, with Lucia Abbamonte); Translation and Migration: Narratives of a Transition (2017); EUROmosaic: A Still Open Challenge (2019).
