Pratyush Kumar is pursuing his PhD at the University of Eastern Piedmont “Amedeo Avogadro”, Alessandria, in Public, Social and Cultural Institutions: Languages, Law, History – Curriculum Autonomies, Services, Rights. He is LL.M. from the George Washington University Law School, Washington DC, USA and BA, LL.B. (Hons.) from National Law University, Jodhpur, India. He taught to LL.B. and LL.M. students at National Law University, Delhi. He has book–chapters and peer–reviewed articles to his credit, one of which has been translated into Korean as well.
