Megan Pearson is a Teaching Fellow in the School of Law, University of Southampton, UK. She has a PhD from London School of Economics, an LLM from King’s College London and a BA in Law from the University of Cambridge. Her research interests are principally in law and religion and employment law and she has published a number of articles in journals including «Public Law, Human Rights Law Review and the Industrial Law Journal» on related topics. Her monograph, Proportionality, Equality Laws and Religion: Conflicts in England, Canada and the USA, was published by Routledge in 2017.
