Carlos Fernandes da Silva is psychologist, full professor and director of the Department of Education and Psychology of the University of Aveiro. It has over one hundred publications (national and international articles, books and book chapters) in the areas of psychology, health and education. Has developed research projects in the area of neuropsychology, behavior modification, psychosocial factors and human capital.
