Andrea Dezi is an expert in German Idealism, ancient philosophy and Russian philosophy. His research work, devoted to the study of metaphysical, nature–philosophical, aesthetical and ethical questions, aims at the elaboration of an organic system of Philosophy. After studying Philosophy, Physics and Classical Philology, he has taught Theoretical Philosophy and Philosophy of Science at Russian and Italian universities. He has translated works of F.W.J Schelling, P.A. Florenskij, V.S. Solov’ëv and F.I. Tjutˇcev into Italian. In 2018 he was awarded the Italian national scientific qualification as a university associate professor of Theoretical Philosophy.
