Delia Lipszyc

Delia Lipszyc is lawyer and consulting professor of International private law and copyright and neighbouring rights (in charge of the UNESCO Chair) at the Law School of the Universidad de Buenos Aires. She is director and lecturer, since 2002, of the intensive post–graduate courses on copyright and neighbouring rights at the Law School of the Universidad de Buenos Aires. She is visiting professor at the post–graduate courses on intellectual property at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (Spain), Universidad Externado de Colombia, Universidad Austral (Argentina) and UCA–Universidad Católica Argentina. She is honoris causa professor at the UNIFE–Universidad Femenina del Sagrado Corazón (Perú) and at the Universidad Católica de Guayaquil–UCSG (Ecuador).
She is member of the Civil Law Institute and of the International Private Law chapter of the Corporate Law Institute at the National Law and Social Sciences Academy of Buenos Aires, lecturer at the International Seminars on Copyright and Neighbouring Rights for Latin American and Caribbean Countries from 1987 to 1993, lecturer at the International Seminars on Copyright and Neighbouring Rights for Latin American and Caribbean Countries since 1994 to 2015, lecturer at the International Congresses on the Protection of Intellectual Rights Authors, Performers and Producers since 1987 to 1995, lecturer at the four Ibero–American Copyright Congresses: Madrid, 1991; Lisbon, 1994; Montevideo, 1997; Panama City, 2002. She is president of national group of the Association Littéraire et Artistique Internationale (ALAI) Argentina, president of the Inter–American Copyright Institute (IIDA), director of the Communications Law and Copyright Institute of the Buenos Aires Bar Association (Argentina).
