PhD in Law at the department of Civil law at the Universitat de València. Currently she combines teaching at Law degree with her research career, focused on the incidence of new technologies in data protection. She graduated in Law at Universitat de València and she has a master in human rights, democracy and international justice, also she has developed legal tasks in the Ministry of Government and Justice of the Generalitat Valenciana. She has made several research stays in different european institutions and universities such as the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law in Hamburg or the University of Cambridge. She takes part in the valencian and european civil law research project of the Universitat de València and she is part also of several educational innovation projects. She has numerous scientific publications and contributions to various conferences.
