Adrian-Alexandru Herța holds a PhD in History. He is assistant lecturer at the faculty of History and political science at the Ovidius University of Constanța. His research interests center on political history of the twentieth century history. Most of his scientific writings aim to highlight the links between different electoral systems of modern Europe. He has published book chapters and articles in academic publications and he has coordinated a collective volume: Intelectualii politicii şi politica intelectualilor/Intellectuals of Politics and Politics of Intellectuals, Daniel Citirigă, Georgiana Ţăranu, and Adrian-Alexandru Herţa, eds.
