Rogério da Silva Lima holds a PhD in Semiology from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. He is associate professor in the department of Literary Theory and Literature, at the University of Brasília. He is president of the Brazilian Association of Comparative Literature, ABRALIC (2017 - 2019). He is the author of several articles and books published in Brazil and abroad.
