Mario Sznajder was born in 1948. Professor at the Department of Political Science of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Leon Blum Chair on Political Science. Chair of the Department of Political Science. Chair of RC 13 – Research Committee on Democratization – at IPSA, International Political Science Association. Research Fellow at the Harry S. Truman Institute for the Advancement of Peace at the Hebrew University. This semester, as visiting professor at PPSIS – Politics, Psychology, Sociology and International Studies Department – at the University of Cambridge, UK. Author of various books and many scientific articles on the ideology and practice of fascism, human rights and politics, democratization in Latin America and anti-Semitism and politics. Member of the editorial boards of various scientific publications in the above areas of specialization.
