Jelena Kostić

Jelena Kostić is a research fellow at the Institute of Comparative Law in Belgrade, Serbia. Prior to joining the Institute, she worked as an associate expert and internal auditor with the Financial Secretariat of the Belgrade City Administration. Jelena Kostić has previously been working as a consultant for the Organization for Security and Co–operation in Europe and in projects funded by the European Union. Her main areas of expertise is public expenditure management and corruption prevention measures. She has published a number of papers on in English and Serbian languages and a few monographs and holds a doctoral degree in Law.
