Prof. Maria Luisa Gómez Jiménez, has conducted her career in the area of public law and public policy with a dedicated projection in Adminsitrative Law, during the last 28 years. She got a Phd in Administrative Law at Málaga University and completed her post- doctoral research studies at Harvard University, where She engaged in the activities of the Real Colegio Complutense and as visiting professor/researcher/fellow at different institutions at Harvard ( ERLC, KSG, HLS, CES, IGLP, SPH). Appointed later on as Visiting Professor at Bournemouth University ( UK) and active writer and speaker , She was taking the lead of several research projects and networks. During the Pandemic times She performs as coordinator at the Urban Planning and housing Law Group at the Global Pandemic Network. Actually she act as Vice-President of the Andalusian Research Institute of Biotechnology and Blue Economy in Spain
