Bernard Garcia Larrain
Bernard Garcia Larrain is Executive Director for the Casablanca Declaration for the Universal Abolition of Surrogacy. Born in Santiago de Chile in 1990, he studied in Paris where he obtained a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in international business law (Assas law school) and a PhD in financial law (Sorbonne law school), while working at the international legal firm Allen & Overy. The Casablanca Declaration is a global network of experts promoting the adoption of an international treaty to protect women and children around the world from the surrogacy market.
