Ms. Alda Gashi is the Finance Director at the Institute for Advanced Studies & Cooperation (IASC), where she oversees financial strategies and operations.
With a career spanning over a decade at the Ministry of Finance in Albania, Ms. Gashi leading the Treasury Single Account Department. She developed expertise in leadership, financial management, accounting, liquidity, and compliance with financial, tax, and customs regulations pivotal to Albania’s governmental functions.Beyond her public administration service, Ms. Gashi contribute to academic and scientific research, leverages her extensive background in leadership, finance, banking, and public administration to drive nonprofit transformative projects and ensure sustainable finance practices.
Additionally, she plays an important role in global dialogues and innovations as an organizer of the World Changer Summit. Her proactive approach in fostering positive change through collaboration underscores her commitment to impactful global initiatives.
