Franziska Greber is an artist, psychotherapist, and author.
She is committed to projects against discrimination, violence, and gender stereotypes and focused on diversity, equality, women’s and human’s rights.
As a psychotherapist, she worked primarily with survivors of violence, was co–head of the intervention centre against domestic violence at the Directorate of Justice and Home Affairs of the Canton of Zurich, and advised organizations at home and abroad.
A core aspect of her work is the inseparable connection between the body, space, and context.
Her artistic practice is also based on her many years of experience as a trauma specialist.
In 2016, she initiated the global, non–profit, transdisciplinary and participatory art project WOMEN IN THE DARK.
Her artistic practice spans installation, photography, video, audio, performance – linking society, politics, and art.
Franziska Greber’s works have been exhibited in China, India, Italy, Germany, Mauritius, and Switzerland.
