Teodora Lattanzi is a third-year PhD student at the University of Turin. Her research focuses on career guidance for high school students, with particular attention to the impact of targeted guidance interventions on the development of key competencies such as problem-solving, decision-making, and the ability to envision and plan for the future.In addition to career guidance, her research interests include sustainability and the design and evaluation of educational programs.
