Carlo D’Ippoliti is a permanent research fellow in political economy at the Department of Statistics of La Sapienza University of Rome (Italy). Is assistant editor of PSL Quarterly Review and of Moneta e Credito.Within the Department of Statistics is adjunct professor of International economics and of Economics of risk and uncertainty. He coordinated or took part in a number of research projects for the European Commission (DG Employment, Social Affairs and Equal Opportunities; DG Justice; DG Information Society) and the Italian Government (UNAR, the National Antidiscrimination Office of the Ministry for Equal Opportunities; Ministry for Universities and Research).He obtained a joint Ph.D. in Economics from the Universities of Rome La Sapienza (dottore di ricerca in scienze economiche) and W.F. Goethe of Frankfurt am Main (dr. rer. pol. cum laude, Germany).He is a screenwriter for RAI (Italy's national broadcasting company)
