Bachelor and Master of Law at University of Rome, Dr. Pasquale obtained a Ph.D. in Theory and History of National and International Institutions and a Post-Graduate Diploma in EU Law. He served at University of Salerno, teaching at the Post-Graduate School for Legal Careers of the Faculty of Law, at University of Rome “La Sapienza”, teaching at the Master on International Business Law, and he was Visiting Research Fellow at Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law in Heidelberg, Germany. Moreover, he was visiting Lecturer at the Catholic University of Bogota' and member of the research group on “Human Rights and Economy” at University of Rome “Tor Vergata”. He is a member of the Italian Society of International Law and he has several publications in Italian and foreign journals of International Law. He attended many international conferences on International Law and related issues, organized by the Universities of Salerno, Rome, Bogotà and Mar del Plata.
Dr. Borea is also Barrister at Law, and he was legal counsel for Members of the Italian Parliament in Rome and legal expert for the Italian Prime Minister's Office, Department of European Affairs, in Brussels. He joined the staff of the Italian delegation at the London G20 and at the Italian G8 world leaders’ summits and he attended as delegate the 23rd EU-GCC Joint Council and Ministerial Meeting.
Dr. Borea is also freelance journalist for local and national newspapers in Italy.
