Danilo Ciampini is a Carabinieri officer on duty with work experience in international cooperation, criminal investigation and crowd control. He graduated in 1999 from the University of Studies of Macerata, and completed his training at the University of Reading (United Kingdom), and the University of Studies of Rome “Tor Vergata”, undertaking several courses concerning intelligence, international humanitarian law and stability policing in international crisis operations. He is the author of numerous publications and research papers for Italian military magazines about stability policing, gendarmerie–type forces, military history and the extensive network organizational model.
